6. Maintenance
6.1. Replacement Parts
To order or return parts, contact the Service Products Division at Despatch. The Service
Products features our Response Center for customer service. When returning parts, a
Despatch representative will provide you with an MRA (Material Return Authorization)
number. Attach the MRA number to the returned part for identification. When ordering
parts, expedite your process by providing model number, serial number and part number.
